Who is responsible

Elevate AI Consulting LTD is responsible for this website’s enquiry information. Contact phil@elevateai.tech about your information or this notice.

Consulting, speaking and reference enquiries

The consulting form collects your name, work email, message and an optional phone number.

The speaking form also collects your organisation, event timing, location, format and audience needs. Budget and phone are optional.

A reference request records your name, work email and the service that interests you. Referee contact details are not published.

I use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss the work you request. The lawful basis is taking steps towards a contract.

For a reference introduction or other general question, the basis is my legitimate interest in answering it. Nobody joins a mailing list through these forms.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are saved in the website database and linked to the protected admin CRM, tagged by enquiry type. I use that record to manage follow-up, notes and opportunities. There are no text-message alerts.

When a new enquiry arrives, the website sends me a short email alert through my Google (Gmail) account. It contains your name, organisation and the type of enquiry, and a link to my admin area. It does not include your message or your email address, and it goes only to me.

A random request identifier prevents duplicate saves. A short-lived signed form token, hidden spam field and rate limit help reject automated submissions.

The form does not save draft answers to this website’s database before you press Send. Please avoid confidential documents and sensitive personal information.

Forms, quizzes and reviews

Questionnaires, quizzes and review forms collect the answers shown on each form. Your answers are saved to my CRM with your contact record. I get a short email alert with your name and organisation, but not your other answers.

A review form asks for your permission before your name and review can appear on this website. It also gives you a private link to withdraw your review later. Withdrawing removes it from the website.

Retention

The website’s enquiry retention setting is 90 days. Expired enquiries are removed by maintenance and when the admin inbox is opened.

Deleting an inbox message does not delete its separate CRM record. The CRM has an administrator-controlled inactivity retention period: maintenance removes identifying contact details and message text after that period, while preserving financial totals and anonymised history. Upcoming active webinar bookings are kept until the event has ended.

Contact me for the current CRM retention period or to request earlier erasure. This does not describe the retention of later correspondence, provider records, calendar bookings or private project documents.

Webinars and email correspondence

Webinar registration records your name, email, optional organisation, event choice and acceptance of the event’s booking terms. A separate, unticked marketing choice is optional. Free places require email confirmation; paid places require verified payment. Registration and attendance records are linked to the CRM.

When enabled, Gmail sends confirmations, replies and joining details. I can explicitly sync this contact’s recent email metadata and snippets into the CRM; the website does not import the whole mailbox. Google Calendar creates the event and Google Meet supplies the meeting. Actual Meet attendance is not automatically available through the current connection; administrator-entered attendance is labelled as manual.

Stripe handles paid checkout. This website stores payment references, status and totals, not your card number. Booking, cancellation and refund terms are shown for each webinar before registration. Published recordings are made available only when the organiser chooses to publish them.

Google and Stripe apply their own processing, international-transfer and retention arrangements. Review Google’s privacy information and Stripe’s privacy information. Contact me about webinar recordings or your data.

Hosting and security

Replit hosts this website and its database. Hosting and security systems can process network information, including IP addresses and request times.

Application request logs omit enquiry content and URL query strings. Host-level log retention and international processing are governed by the hosting provider’s arrangements.

Contact me for information about the arrangements that apply to your enquiry. I do not claim that every provider stores data in the UK.

Booking a call

A configured booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It loads only after you choose to open it.

Calendly receives network information when it loads and processes the details you enter to arrange the booking.

Calendly’s privacy notice describes its processing, transfers and retention. You can use the enquiry form or email instead.

Private accounts and documents

The private client area uses Clerk for sign-in and session management. Client account and project access are separate from public enquiries.

Messages you post in the client area are saved with your project. I get a short email alert that a new message has arrived, without its text.

Project documents are available only through authorised private routes. Credential storage remains unavailable until its separate security release requirements are met.

Analytics and AI demonstrations

No external analytics destination is configured. Interaction labels can be emitted within the page; these contain no names, emails, phone numbers or form text.

The department examples are fixed text, not a live AI service. Enquiries and form answers are not sent to AI automatically.

If I choose to use my AI assistant to help me draft a reply to your enquiry, the text of your enquiry is sent to Anthropic’s Claude model through Replit. Your name, organisation, email address and phone number are removed first. I read and edit every reply myself before anything is sent.

Any public tool on this site that uses AI, such as the AI Opportunity Finder, says so on its own page and asks for your agreement before your answers are processed.

Fonts and external links

Fonts are served by this website, without a request to Google Fonts. An externally configured photograph contacts its image host when displayed.

Links to LinkedIn, Set One Futures AI and other websites take you to services with their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights depend on the processing involved.

Email phil@elevateai.tech to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
